Not that im complaining, i adore baby Zara so much i dont mind just hanging around her while she sleeps. And of course, just when im all geared up to write a post, she decides to make sounds- for milk. Or so, i thought. So i scooped her up in my arms and wanted to bring her downstairs....until she starts to fall back into a deep sleep.....so there you go..my niece just loves to be cuddled. SO MANJA okay. hahahah but like i said, no complaints there. ^_^

So back to this post. I just published a post i typed out on my ipad last week, about last weekend's happenings. And turns out a week has passed but i published it anyway. hihihi btw theres this new app on ipad that makes it easier to write a post- but the connection in dataran is so sucky i can only save it on the pad itself. tsk.
On to this week, a couple of my friends Lam Dot Arissa came down from Kedah. So its like a known tradition to include them into your schedule- more like PUSH WHATEVER COMES TO MIND AND MAKE TIME FOR THEM CAUSE THEY DONT COME DOWN OFTEN and of course, we were sorta awaiting for an announcement. teeheeeheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Original plan was to meet at Publika at 2pm but let me tell you about my life in the fast lane these days.
On weekdays, Id wake up with a jolt, or to my singing alarm at 545am. It seems like im always trying to rush against traffic but to no avail- id get stuck in it anyways. So i gave up on going out at 645 and even if i ended up goin out at 7- so be it. Plenty of time for me to dream big anyway with all that spare time spent in traffic.
So weekends are very much welcomed with open arms and lazy mornings. Dont get me wrong I LOVE having early breakfasts but sometimes the bed is just so inviting that you ignore any point of contact between 7-10am...hence the phone being kept on silent so sorry for the late replies/unanswered calls. hehehe BUT this lazy time doesnt happen often but when it does, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh~ i treasure every minute of it.
Anyways, today is Mama and Ayah's anniversary so we thought of bringing them out to Chawan for breakfast....but there was a change of plans since Ayah wanted to ask Nenek along. To La Rizz. In Bangi. OUT of Chawan's way. But there was a miscommunication when Ayah thought A and we thought B and ended up its C so it ALL resulted in D, having to rush here there and everywhere...for breakfast.

Mama and I. Did i tell i was the official driver this morning? Macam tengah buat test JPJ, driving your parents ni. Tegak je duduk. 80km/h. hihihih Muatan berharga lah katakan. ;p
Yaya and Zara. She eyes all the food. Particularly mine since i laid it all in front of her. lol. sorry sayang. Tunggu da beshar tay?
TA-DA! My food. Depan dia. hihihih
My baby brother and I. Not so baby anymore. hahaha 19 yrs old next month! :O
Alhamdulillah THAT turned out well. On time. Phew.
Moving on now, promised Lam Dot and Arissa to meet at Publika at 2pm.
Was all ready to go out at 145pm when Mama and Ayah was like.."where you goin dengan siapa ye ke pakai baju apa ni kenapa tak pakai baju pagi tadi..." well you know the drill. SO yes, after all that interrogation, i left at 2ish.
RUSHED to Publika and was so upset that ..would you agree with me on this one?
"When you're late, everyone seems to drive 50km/h, traffic lights turn red, highways get clogged up and super slow..."

Made it on time...to order food.......at Plan B...food was great but muak gila makan carbonara...........i kinda like Naqib's..got an Asian hint to it..hahahaha and cili padi, of course. Im orderin that the next time im at Plan B. hihihihi
Walked around for a bit with the whole bunch and omg Arissa is soooooooooooooo adorable and cute i loveee chasing after her- but biasalah kan bukan anak kita seronok la nak main kejar2 tapi tengok mak dia...hahahahha Dot mentioned that it gets tiring after 2 hours?lol. Maybe? I tak tau. Prolly a good exercise once Zara starts to run like that. hehehe
Had coffee / desserts at Wondermilk and my creme brulatte was aweeesome. Too bad Dot Lam and Naqib fell for wonderMILK which literally is MILK? Hahahahaha flavoured lah tapi. hehehe
And then i had this MAJOR blonde moment. Malu okay.
Dot said Arissa is now drinking SOY BASED milk.
I thought Arissa is drinking SOYA BEAN milk. Much to my amazement. I was like wow, baru 2 tahun minum soya bean?
Gosh. Blonde ke apa. hahahahaha bongek Naqib cakap i blonde.
So all went well, great news in our faces..hahaha Lam told us in the most nonchalant way...........so you can pretty much guess our expression. lol! Congrats honey! See you November?hahahaha
Plan B. You know, Naqib did ask if tak jadi Duduk cafe, whats Plan B? So i said we shall literally go to Plan B then. Hahaha
My carbonara. Banyak and muak. Tapi can finish buffalo wings and mengendeng some of Dot's and Naqib's. ;D
Babies nowadays. Hahaha Arissa with iPad. iEat & iWatch.
Strollin. A picture is a MUST everytime she comes down. hahaha
Few attempts at "lookin kurus" but well..hahahah inilah hasilnya. Amateurs.
Instant Daddy. He is in denial. Calls himself Abang to Arissa when clearly hes an uncle. Grandpa oso can lah. hahaha
Stopped for dessert/coffee at Wondermilk.

The other part of my life in the fast lane is on tomorrow.
Promised Titi to go for a facial at Jesline's at 2. Confirmed with her TWICE. Totally free on Sunday afternoon.
Until Ayah made plans for Mother's Day..at 3pm..at Holiday Villa...and EXPECTS us all to be there.
Dont get me wrong. Family first, i know.
But i made plans wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy earlier!
And so Im already thinking on tomorrow- facial at 2, latest to leave is at 330..prolly be there almost 4...omg another rush task. arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh.
Penat tau. Seriously.
From one place to another. Kalau bawak ferrari pun tak guna kalau kena lalu bermacam2 jalan and traffic.
Sigh. Takpela kan?
I suppose it goes with the saying..."Kita sebaik baik merancang, tapi Allah yang menentukan..."

Im not sure which surah this ayat is from but ive always kept it in mind ALL the time.
